The International Organization for Media, Creativity and Development held on 27 March 2023 a virtual scientific workshop via Google Meet, in which Dr. Madeleine Kassab, the head of IOMCD, spoke about propaganda tools and techniques. The main goal of this scientific activity is to highlight some of the tools of manipulation and control of thoughts, behaviors, and public awareness, and to show some ways of harnessing the capabilities of the verbal and non-verbal signifiers to achieve this manipulation and control.
